Overview: Pao is a terrible lawyer who has never won a litigation. He is a righteous man but his unstable character brings him under disciplinary investigation, during which he meets a beautiful doctor, Cheng. However, since Cheng is often called upon as an opposing witness in Pao's court cases, conflict and misunderstanding grow between the two. Susan, an aerobics instructor, has had a deep passion for Pao for a long time and this makes Mao jealous and determined to go against him.
